Launch the software and load all the NSF files which are going to be converted by click on Browse button.
As you click on Browse button a window will be open in which chose the NSF file and click on Open button.
Click on Browse button to load the names.nsf file or Address book of Lotus Notes.
From an open window select the contact or names.nsf file and then click on Open Button
Given below screenshot will consist the highlighted area in which if user want to made Separate PST File then check in the box of "Migrate Contacts….". If user wants to Export Selected Folder then he should check in the box of "Export….."
As user click on Select Folder to export standard folders then given below dialog box will be open in which user can choose the specific folder to migrate.
Now a window like below mention picture will pop up in which user can choose the categories of Lotus Notes items to convert.
To exclude adverse data user can apply Filter to all the Lotus Notes items like Emails, Journals, Calendar & To-do.
User Can Exclude Duplicate Contact to avoid the confusion.
To Exclude Duplicity from contacts users have to set the criteria on what basis software will exclude data. Like below mention screenshots says and then click on Apply button.
If any user wants to apply Advance Setting then he can do by click on setting button.
After click on Setting a dialog box will appear like mention below. By applying advance setting user can preserve HTML format, Doclinks, Internet Header and others.
From the tab of Email Address Translation user can give Canonical Name a specific SMTP Domain.
From the tab of Custom Folder Mapping users of different countries can map the standard folder of Lotus Notes to their system or customize folder.
If any user wants to break large size of resultant PST file then click on split option and assign the size in MB/GB.
After applied all the settings, now software is ready to Export entire data Just Click over Export button.
User can simultaneously view conversion Report of each item in the Status Report.
